The Aeonix delivers powerful, flexible, and adaptable communications to enterprises both large and small . Its simple unified management structure ensures that customers experience the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO) with minimal IT resources required.
SeaMail is a powerful integrated unified messaging system designed to increase productivity by consolidating voicemail and email into a single inbox. SeaMail is available in two versions - Basic and Enterprise, which differs mainly in scripting capabilities, number of Auto Attendants, and number of ports. Both versions are supplied with a virtually unlimited number of mailboxes. By default, the basic SeaMail version is installed on every Aeonix system. If required, the version can be upgraded by simply purchasing an Enterprise license. The Enterprise version also includes unified messaging and text-to-speech capabilities and offers comprehensive system and usage reporting on both a real-time and cumulative basis.
SeaMail packs a wealth of features, including advanced automated attendant functionality, several schedule-programmable operation modes, task automation, full convergence, flexible message handling, and customizable message routing rules. When a message arrives, the user is notified by a flashing message lamp indicator.

SeaMail (Enterprise) Benefits:
Includes all the features and benefits of the basic SeaMail, plus:
Aeonix administration is a multi-leveled unified management system that provides a centralized web-based GUI for all system programming. Administrators can manage all entities within the system, including users, trunks, and gateways. In addition, they can configure system alerts, notifications, system performance monitoring, and historical reporting. Users have access to a personalized portal for the purpose of modifying their own settings, including endpoints, call routing, and mobility rules.
The Admin makes the complex task of setting up and maintaining a communications system simple and straightforward. The intuitive structure of the interface minimizes the time needed to get familiar with the application and therefore reduces training requirements considerably. Detailed context-sensitive online help is always available at the click of a button. In addition, incorrect parameter entries trigger clear, straight-to-the-point error messages. The intuitive approach allows for the fast yet comprehensive configuration of all system components and settings-users, gateways, terminal and hardware equipment, numbering plans, and so on. All database programming is accomplished in real-time, with changes in the database instantly and simultaneously distributed to all Aeonix servers in the system.
Benefits:
Overview
Aeonix allows users to communicate from anywhere in the world as if they were sitting in their office. Whether at home or on the road using a range of devices including cellular phones, softphones, and the Sea Navigator UC client, users can rest assured they'll never miss another important business call again.
Callback
The Callback feature allows users to make internal calls when off-site. When using the Callback feature the system identifies the user, disconnects the call, and calls the user back on the number from which the call was originated. After answering the call, a dial tone is provided for making calls as if dialing from within the system.
Call-through
Like Callback calls, the Call-through feature is activated by dialing a predefined dedicated number. After receiving a dial tone, users make calls from within the system. During a Callback or Call-through mobility call, a subscriber's menu is activated, allowing them to activate basic call features by simply pressing keys on their phone's dial pad. They can transfer calls to their desk phone or mailbox, divert calls to other users, monitor calls, place new calls, and more.
FlexiCall
Users can be reached anywhere on any of their devices, including internal system phones, as well as off-site phones, such as mobile and home phones. Incoming calls ring on all of the specified devices until the call is answered on one of the phones. By integrating your desk phone with your other numbers, you never have to worry about missing calls when away from your desk. Once answered, users can transfer the call, establish a conference, etc, whether the answering device is an internal, external or mobile phone.

Overview
Aeonix provides advanced support for SIP trunks. SIP trunks allow enterprises to be connected directly to their ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider) through a pure IP connection. This capability allows customers to comply with Service Level Agreements and ensure QoS (Quality of Service) while significantly reducing costs.
Aeonix also uses SIP trunks to interconnect to 3rd party applications that are standards compliant and support SIP. The interconnectivity between Aeonix and 3rd party applications can be done through TDM based QSIG via the Wave Gateway.

Tadiran's networking solutions provide full versatility, exceptional ease of use, and robust security, enabling maximum productivity and cost effectiveness in all internal and external company-wide communications.
QSIG/IPNET
Aeonix supports IPNET, Tadiran's proprietary QSIG over IP protocol, allowing Aeonix and other Tadiran systems to communicate with each other in a way that is virtually transparent to users, easy to administer, and cost-effective.
Aeonix also uses the QSIG network signaling protocol, which allows for interoperability between communications platforms provided by various vendors and non-IP PBXs. Digital QSIG connectivity is provided via Tadiran's Wave Gateways.
Tadiran's flexible networking solutions provide the benefit of point to multi-point capability while maintaining high security, offering full functionality and maximum efficiency in all internal and external communications for the entire organization.
Benefits:
Overview
Voice and video services over the LAN and WAN allow small offices, branches and employees working from home to seamlessly communicate. However, the protocols used to enable these services conflict with two of the most notable network security mechanism: Firewalls and NATs (Network Address Translation). To overcome the limitations of firewalls and NAT, the Sentinel Pro provides the intelligence to allow organizations to install Aeonix systems in any firewall or NAT environment.
The Sentinel Pro enables connection of remote SIP and MGCP IP phones located behind NAT servers or firewalls in the LAN network. Sentinel Pro acts like multiple virtual IP endpoints that receive calls, redefine the incoming IP sockets, and route them to the Call Agent/Proxy through the relevant signaling port. Sentinel Pro performs NAT transversal, allowing users to move freely even with DHCP.
In standard operations, a firewall has to expose numerous holes in its defenses - one for each endpoint. For this purpose, the Sentinel Pro maintains one defined access point to the firewall or NAT server, through which all incoming VoIP traffic is connected. Therefore, many separate IP phones can connect to the Internet via the firewall or NAT server, without the need to open up a separate channel to connect each call, as all incoming traffic is routed through one firewall-controlled channel to the Sentinel Pro.
With Sentinel Pro, personnel at corporate headquarters and remote offices, as well as home users and traveling employees, can all be part of a single seamless IP communications network, with no breach in network security.

Aeonix UC&C platform has been certified by VMware after an in-depth evaluation process. The certification with VMware enhances the benefits to Aeonix customers as it allows the Aeonix to be loaded on non-certified servers. In addition, it also allows multiple instances of the Aeonix to run on a hosted server.
The deployment with VMware is just one more example of Aeonix's unique approach to TCO reduction.
